About your signup data
This early-access form collects a parent’s email address and WhatsApp number, their WhatsApp messaging preference, their child’s age range, and confirmation that their family has an iPad or iPhone. It does not ask for a child’s name, exact birthday, or voice recordings.
Your email, WhatsApp number, messaging preference and its recording time, selected age range, and signup time are stored in Google Cloud Firestore for the Hey Minie team to coordinate early-access invitations and setup. If you arrive through a tagged campaign link, we store its campaign labels with your signup to understand which invitations bring families to Minie. We also record email delivery status and manual invitation actions. Older records may include a team-recorded group membership note. We record anonymous, per-tab visit milestones (page visits, signup submissions, and installation or WhatsApp link clicks) with campaign labels to understand the signup flow. These clicks do not confirm an app installation or group membership. We use an email delivery provider to send your registration acknowledgement and next steps. Submitting the form does not start a subscription or automatically enroll you in a WhatsApp group.
The optional WhatsApp checkbox records permission for Minie setup messages and early-access updates. You can ask us to stop these messages at any time. Joining the parent group is optional. Installation instructions are available immediately after signup. Other group members can see your WhatsApp number. Clicking the invite link does not confirm that you joined.
This notice describes this signup form only. App-specific privacy information and participation terms will be shared separately before you decide to use the app.
